Hannah’s Nursery

My wife and I recently finished our first baby’s nursery for our daughter Hannah. Our inspiration came from the Small Paul and Dotilicious wall stickers. My wife and I dig Paul Frank’s designs. I painted the room with large dots to compliment the stickers shape and colors. The paint is low VOC from Dunn Edwards.

Believe it or not, the furniture is from WalMart. We had originally planned on higher end modern furnishings from Nurseryworks, but opted to save the money and get our daughter better furniture when she’s a toddler. The crib and changing table have clean, crisp lines and come in a very white finish which reflected the overall feel we were going for. The bedding and matching mobile is also from WalMart and matched our theme and colors perfectly. The white shelves are from Pottery Barn. The white lamp is from CB2 with stickers added from the Small Paul and Dotilicious set and the pink table is from Ikea. The couch is a left over from the room’s previous use as a home office for my wife. The white ceiling fan is by Minka-Aire and is minimal in design.

We also organized the closet using the Elfa organizing system from the Container Store. It all came together nicely and created a simple, modern nursery for our baby. Hope she likes it.

I absolutely adore this room! I’ve been searching for the perfect green for weeks now with no luck. What is the main green color you used for the walls? It is totally my inspiration for my nursery. Thanks!
